La Grenouille


When Stefano Rossoni started developing the La Grenouille recipe, his idea was to create an absinthe with a southern and Mediterranean connotation. La Grenouille has a classic backbone of wormwood, green anise, fennel, lemon balm and hyssop, but is enhanced by other unique southern herbs to achieve a warm, exotic character.

After personally distilling the first two batches, Stefano licensed Žufanek distillery to produce it on his behalf.
